Refund Policy

Return Conditions

Returns must be requested within 3 days of delivery. Any return sent without prior authorization from THEDENIMTEARS will not be accepted.

Items must be returned in original condition with all packaging, tags, and accessories included.

Return Shipping Fees

For non-defective returns, customers must cover return shipping costs.
Shipping costs are refundable only when the return results from our mistake or defective merchandise, subject to a maximum of 50% of the item value.

Damaged or Missing Items

Customers must retain all packaging materials and provide an unboxing video for missing item claims. Claims without video evidence will not be processed.

Refund Policy

Refunds are processed within 7 business days after the returned item is received and approved.
Discounted or promotional items are non-refundable.

Refunds will not be issued for delivery failures caused by incorrect address information provided at checkout.
